A beginning of a calendar year like no other! Our Wolverines went to Houston and finished business, bringing the National Championship trophy back to Ann Arbor where the celebration continued for days. I was fortunate enough to witness the continued dominance of the Wolverines as they left no doubt as to the best team in college football (BTW, Houston should never be allowed to host these types of events, a nothing city and a nothing stadium). The turbulence that followed included Harbaugh leaving for the NFL and a complete implosion of the men’s basketball program resulting in our worst season in decades. Nevertheless, I feel we are in good hands with both Coach Moore and Coach May although the basketball rebuild will take some time. But now, its time for another national championship roadtrip to cheer on the Wolverines in the Frozen Four. For your consideration, the last time the Wolverines won the national championship in football, the hockey team followed in their footsteps. Lets bring another Natty trophy back to Ann Arbor! Go Blue!!
